We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Be sure to check with us on our shipping restrictions if you are not located in the United States of America.

Shipping orders received by The Things I Love from Tuesday through Friday on all in-stock merchandise will be shipped promptly. Weekend orders are processed and shipped the next business day, which is usually Tuesday. Shipping charge estimates are available on our Shopping Cart page after you select your desired items for purchase. You can also consult our Shipping and Processing charges matrix for more details.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days.  For Standard Delivery rates, consult our Shipping and Processing charges matrix. Please note; local Rockland County delivery items do not include the Standard Delivery charges. The minimum charges for these items are typically $150 (for Truck) and $300 (for In-Home). Contact us to receive an accurate local delivery quote.

In-Home or Truck Delivery
Some large and heavy items are delivered by our association with a trusted delivery service, as indicated in the item description. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier. Truck Deliveries are typically made between 1- 3 weeks from the date of shipment between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. There is a 4-hour window for delivery.  To minimize cost, a custom delivery quote based on the total shipping weight and destination of your order, will be provided. Standard Shipping/Processing Charges do not apply.   Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are available by special request. Shipping rates and transit time will have to be detailed out, which involve speaking with a friendly Customer Service Representative.

In Home Heavy and Oversized Delivery Options

Heavy and oversized items are shipped by motor freight, with curbside delivery. The additional delivery options are as follows:

Front door or garage delivery $89; Room specific delivery $139; Room specific delivery with package material removal $189

To minimize costs, a custom delivery quote, based on the total shipping weight and destination of your order, will be provided by our Customer Sales Representative. In-Home delivery does not include assembly.

Standard Shipping and Processing Charges
Shipping charges are calculated before any promotional discount is added based on the current price of each item (including the reduced prices of clearance items or select items with a limited-time reduced price). Once you enter your promotional discount for clearance and specially priced items, you will often incur shipping charges calculated based on the listed clearance or limited-time reduced price of each item.
